MONÇÃO AND MELGAÇO
In Monção and Melgaço we work with the grapes of selected viticulturists, who practice sustainable agriculture, mostly without the use of herbicides and with more respect for the land. In fact, we seek to find ancient vine systems, trying to understand them and make differentiated and quality wines. In the cellar, we normally work with indigenous yeasts and low sulfur additions. A region that assumes differentiating characteristics, where we believe we can make the best wines in the world.
