Made from the Alvarinho variety, from selected winegrowers from Melgaço and Monção, this wine macerated and fermented in the skins for approximately 6 days, with a subsequent aging period of 7 months in used barrels with the lees total. It is a wine with a strong varietal character, rustic and fresh, whose elegance and particularity can only be found in great world grape varieties. Pequenos Rebentos “À Moda Antiga” will always be a special edition and bottled in a limited number of bottles.
