Red Grande Reserva
The Proibido wine comes from old vineyards having between 40 and 80 years old planted in Vila Nova de Foz Côa. These vineyards are small plots facing north or east between 250m and 500m altitude. All field work is practically done by hand without the use of herbicides or pesticides. When necessary, we plow the land with the help of an horse. We therefore respect what the vineyard gives us, and we try to make the transformation of grapes into wine as natural as possible.
