A fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o arrancou de forma espont\u00e2nea e durou aproximadamente 20 dias. As uvas mantiveram-se em lagar cerca de 2 meses. <strong>Notas de Prova:<\/strong> Este vinho apresenta um aroma fruta vermelha com ligeira notas fumadas. Com algum tanino este vinho ir\u00e1 evoluir muito bem em garrafa. <strong>Harmoniza\u00e7\u00e3o e longevidade:<\/strong> \u00c9 um desafio \u00e0 gastronomia.
