O custo do transporte em Portugal Continental depende do peso e do valor total da encomenda. Para encomendas a partir de 60\u20ac, entregues em Portugal Continental, o custo do transporte \u00e9 gratuito. (ex: desastres naturais, acidentes rodovi\u00e1rios, situa\u00e7\u00e3o de pandemia, estado de emerg\u00eancia) ser\u00e3o entregues at\u00e9 5 dias \u00fateis, em Portugal Continental.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A loja online compromete-se a entregar os produtos encomendados com a maior brevidade poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

As encomendas ser\u00e3o entregues de acordo com os hor\u00e1rios de entrega das transportadoras (dias \u00fateis das 09:00h \u00e0s 18:00) na morada indicada pelo utilizador. N\u00e3o ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel efetuar a entrega em apartados.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

As encomendas expedidas devem ser verificadas pelo cliente aquando da sua recep\u00e7\u00e3o. Em caso de danos ou irregularidades na embalagem, o cliente dever\u00e1 proceder \u00e0 devolu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 transportadora, indicando o motivo da mesma na guia de remessa e a informar a PR\u00cdNCIPES & BANDIDOS – VINHOS DE COLE\u00c7\u00c3O, UNIPESSOAL LDA, que se compromete a resolver com a maior celeridade poss\u00edvel o ocorrido.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Caso a encomenda n\u00e3o seja entregue por raz\u00f5es de aus\u00eancia do cliente e a mesma voltar para a PR\u00cdNCIPES & BANDIDOS – VINHOS DE COLE\u00c7\u00c3O, UNIPESSOAL LDA, o valor do reenvio ser\u00e1 cobrado ao cliente.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Devolu\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A Loja Online permite a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos num prazo de 14 dias dos produtos adquiridos nos termos do decreto-lei n\u00ba 143\/2001 e decreto-lei 82\/2008 de 20\/5. Contudo, a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3 ser\u00e1 aceite caso os produtos permane\u00e7am intactos (incluindo embalagens que acompanham o produto, r\u00f3tulos e contra-r\u00f3tulos), caso contr\u00e1rio a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o fica sem efeito.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Para que o utilizador possa exercer o seu direito de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, dever\u00e1 notificar a PR\u00cdNCIPES & BANDIDOS – VINHOS DE COLE\u00c7\u00c3O, UNIPESSOAL LDA da decis\u00e3o de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato atrav\u00e9s de uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o clara por correio eletr\u00f3nico para o endere\u00e7o info@mlw.pt<\/a> Nesta declara\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 referir o n\u00famero da encomenda e da fatura e a(s) refer\u00eancia(s) do(s) artigo(s) que pretende devolver. Ap\u00f3s rece\u00e7\u00e3o dessa declara\u00e7\u00e3o, a PR\u00cdNCIPES & BANDIDOS – VINHOS DE COLE\u00c7\u00c3O, UNIPESSOAL LDA enviar\u00e1 por e-mail as indica\u00e7\u00f5es de devolu\u00e7\u00e3o (procedimentos a seguir), juntamente com a informa\u00e7\u00e3o acerca do meio de transporte (empresa transportadora) a utilizar. Para que o prazo de livre resolu\u00e7\u00e3o seja respeitado, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que se transmita a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o relativa ao exerc\u00edcio do direito de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o antes do fim do prazo conferido para esse efeito: ou seja, 14 (catorze) dias ap\u00f3s a rece\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The cost of transporting orders that do not reach the mentioned value will be \u20ac6 for the customer. The value related to the transport cost is presented before the customer finalizes the payment.<\/div>\r\n
Order<\/h2>\r\n
The customer can place his order in the Online Store by registering on the Website or filling in the necessary data for invoicing and shipping. The customer must follow all the steps of the ordering process and after completing the order, he will receive an automatic email, in which he will be able to verify the data entered and request its immediate change through the email loja@mlw.pt.<\/div>\r\n

The products available for sale in the Online Store are subject to existing stock and orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of a temporary or permanent out of stock, the customer will be duly notified.<\/div>\r\n

Orders placed in the Online store will be sent after confirmation of stock and payment. Except when the respectives products are out of stock or when unrelated situations to Marcio Lopes Lda. (eg natural disasters, road accidents, pandemic situation, state of emergency) they will be delivered within a period of 3 to 5 working days, in Portugal mainland.<\/div>\r\n

The online store undertakes to deliver the ordered products as soon as possible.<\/div>\r\n

All shipments outside Portugal mainland are accompanied by an accompanying administrative document (AAD).<\/div>\r\n

Orders shipped must be verified by the customer upon receipt. In case of damage or irregularities in the packaging, the customer must return it to the carrier, indicating the reason for the same in the packing slip and inform Marcio Lopes Lda., who undertakes to resolve the incident as quickly as possible.<\/div>\r\n

If the order is not delivered due to the customer’s absence and it returns to PR\u00cdNCIPES & BANDIDOS – VINHOS DE COLE\u00c7\u00c3O, UNIPESSOAL LDA, the reshipment amount will be charged to the customer.<\/div>\r\n
Returns<\/h2>\r\n
The Online Store allows the return of products within 14 days of products purchased under the terms of decree-law n\u00ba 143\/2001 and decree-law 82\/2008 of 20\/5 in the Portuguese constituiton. However, the return will only be accepted if the products remain intact (including packaging that comes with the product, labels and back labels), otherwise the return is void.<\/div>\r\n

In order for the procedures of return and refund the amount to the user to be facilitated, it is requested that the user make the material object of the resolution available to PR\u00cdNCIPES & BANDIDOS – VINHOS DE COLE\u00c7\u00c3O, UNIPESSOAL LDA, within a reasonable period of time and with the aim of facilitating the exercise of their rights and proceed with the verification of the material. In order for the user to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must notify PR\u00cdNCIPES & BANDIDOS – VINHOS DE COLE\u00c7\u00c3O, UNIPESSOAL LDA. of the decision to terminate the contract through a clear statement by email to the address loja@mlw.pt. In this statement, he must mention the order number and of the invoice and the reference(s) of the item(s) you wish to return. Upon receipt of this declaration, PR\u00cdNCIPES & BANDIDOS – VINHOS DE COLE\u00c7\u00c3O, UNIPESSOAL LDA will send by e-mail the return instructions (procedures to follow), together with information about the means of transport (carrier company) to be used. In order for the free withdrawal period to be respected, it is necessary to transmit the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the period granted for this purpose: that is, 14 (fourteen) days after receipt.<\/div>\r\n
